2000年6月毕业于华中农业大学食品科技学院获得工学博士并留校任教,历任华中农业大学食品科技学院讲师,副教授,教授;2009.5-2010.5在美国Miami University访问一年。担任《Food Chemistry》、《Biochimie 》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Chemical and Toxicology》、《Food Research International》、《European Food Research Technology》、《African Journal of Food Science》《Food Chem.》等10多种外文期刊和《农业工程学报》,《食品科学》等杂志稿件评审人;《中国实用医药杂志》,常务编委;《中国农学会农产品加工分会》理事会员。食品科技学院食品化学与生物技术系副主任。
