2006年毕业于武汉大学,分析化学博士。2014年4月赴加拿大滑铁卢大学访学一年,合作导师Janusz Pawliszyn教授。现任华中农业大学食品科学技术学院教授。国际著名期刊杂志Analytical Chemistry,Journal of Chromatography A,Analytica Chimica Acta,Talanta等审稿人。主要研究领域为食品品质与安全分析检测技术、特色风味食品加工与贮藏技术、食品营养与健康。主持国家和省市等科研项目多项,发表科研论文60多篇(SCI论文24篇),获国家发明专利3项,湖北省自然科学奖二等奖1项,省科技进步奖一等奖1项,鉴定科技成果5项。曾获华中农业大学教学质量优秀一等奖、华中农业大学优秀班主任、湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导教师等多项荣誉或称号。指导的研究生曾获研究生学术年会优秀报告人一等奖、二等奖。已培养研究生17名。
