刘石林,博士,东京大学博士后(JSPS研究员),教授,博士研究生导师。主要在纤维素多糖大分子结构与性能的对应关系、纤维素多糖凝聚态结构的演变规律与控制机制等领域开展研究,在此基础上构建具有缓释/控释、靶向释放、营养素稳定、递送等为特点的保护、递送体系。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项,湖北省自然科学基金1项,国家科技支撑子课题,武汉市青年晨光科技计划等项目。发表SCI论文60余篇,他引1100余次,H-index19;申请专利16项,授权14项,参与编写著作4部,其中英文著作3部。
